PAST COHORT FACILITATION WORK
A four-week performance and longevity program for high growth leader groups.
In high-growth environments, the most expensive liability is a leader operating at 60% capacity. Most founders treat their health like a secondary concern until it becomes a primary crisis.
When a C-Suite or Founder redlines, decision quality drops, burnout becomes contagious and the cap table suffers
It combines 1:1 work, structured group sessions, guest expert perspectives and implementation resources to support sustainable execution without extremes or lifestyle disruption.
The Leadership Longevity Lab is a four-week cohort-based sprint designed for founders and leadership groups balancing ambitious goals with real life. Rather than adding more to an already full plate, the program works within the constraints leaders are already navigating: stabilizing energy, sharpening focus and improving decision quality without requiring a lifestyle overhaul.
Each week the cohort comes together for a live session that blends practical frameworks, structured conversation and real-world application. The work is grounded in how founders actually operate: long days, constant context-switching, high-stakes decisions and very little margin for error. Everything in the program is designed to be usable, repeatable and supportive of performance. Not disruptive to it.
In addition to the group sessions, each participant has a private 1:1 calibration session. This is where things get specific. We look at what's working, what's undermining performance and where small adjustments can create meaningful stability. Expert guest perspectives and supporting resources are integrated where appropriate to ensure both credibility and practical application.

ABOUT LYNNETTE

I came to this work the hard way — through building, burning out and rebuilding inside high-pressure startup environments.
I started my first food business at 11, long before I understood the language of VC, accelerators or cap tables. Years later, as a startup founder, I learned how quickly performance breaks down when energy, recovery, and focus are deprioritized (despite running a wellness company). That burnout became the turning point that reshaped my work.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of performance, nutrition and longevity with founders and leaders operating in high-pressure environments. This work grew out of my early venture Superfood School and advisory roles within cohort-based programs, where a clear gap emerged: founders were being taught how to build companies but not how to sustain themselves while doing it. That insight led to the creation of the Leadership Longevity Lab as a standalone offering.
My work has included facilitating group-based programs and advisory engagements within organizations such as Walmart, WeWork and MAC Cosmetics, as well as working with Grammy-winning musicians and elite performers.
Outside of my professional work, endurance training — including completing my first marathon at 40 in NYC — crystallized what I now teach founders every day: long-term success requires pacing and recovery, not just intensity.

FAQ
The Leadership Longevity Lab is designed for early- to mid-stage founders, operators, and leadership groups operating under sustained pressure. It works particularly well for accelerator cohorts, founder communities, and organizations supporting high-performing leaders who need practical, repeatable systems — not motivation or hype.
The core program is delivered virtually to accommodate demanding schedules and distributed teams. In-person components or on-site sessions can be explored as an add-on depending on the organization’s needs and location.
This is not a wellness perk or a lifestyle program. The focus is on performance stability, decision quality, and leadership capacity under real operating conditions. Everything is framed through the lens of execution, energy management, and sustainability — not self-optimization for its own sake.
No. The program is educational and advisory in nature. Medical topics may be discussed at a high level, and expert guests may be included, but participants are encouraged to work with their own medical providers for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Participants attend one 90-minute live session per week, plus one private 45-minute 1:1 calibration session scheduled during the program. Optional implementation resources and replays are provided, but the program is intentionally designed to integrate into existing workloads without adding unnecessary time burden.
Yes. Limited-time replays are provided to support continuity and accommodate scheduling conflicts. Replays are intended as a reference, not a substitute for live participation.
Yes. The program can be adapted to align with the specific context, stage, and goals of an organization or cohort. Customization options, including guest experts or on-site components, can be discussed directly.
Pricing varies based on cohort size, level of customization, and any optional components. Details are discussed directly to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Some participants choose to continue with additional 1:1 support or extended programming, while others use the four-week sprint as a standalone reset and recalibration. There is no obligation to continue beyond the initial program.
The Leadership Longevity Lab is not designed to be one-size-fits-all. It works best when aligned with the specific pressures, stage and goals of the people inside the organization. If this feels relevant, next steps and details can be explored in conversation.
